First Employee Benefits Plan?
We recommend that employers who are new to employee benefits (group insurance, RSP, and pension programs) start conservatively. Doing so allows employers the flexibility to upgrade their programs gradually, and to use employee benefits as an integral part of employee compensation.

Already Have an Employee Benefits Plan?
You do not have to change insurance companies when appointing us as broker. We can work with your existing insurer or any other carrier you choose.

We provide assistance with the day-to-day management of employee benefit programs and claims intervention.

Employee Benefit Programs renew each year on the anniversary date of the policy. We take the initiative to ensure that the insurer(s) satisfactorily justifies any rate changes. We strive to maximize premium reductions and minimize premium increases.
